In this position, you work in the core area of our production and contribute significantly to the quality and performance of our tools. You operate modern grinding machines, process different tool types, and ensure that all work steps are implemented precisely and traceably.
You work in a structured production environment with established workflows and clearly defined quality standards. At the same time, you have the opportunity to further develop your technical understanding and actively participate in process optimization.
Your Responsibilities at a Glance
- Manufacturing as well as regrinding of tools on tool grinding machines in 2-shift operation
- Independent processing of special tools
- Performing quality controls and continuous optimization of grinding processes
- Ideally experience with SAACKE machines as well as with NUM CNC control or the grinding software HELITRONIC TOOL STUDIO
- Precise tool processing in compliance with quality and productivity specifications
- Compliance with safety regulations in the work area

- Completed training as a precision tool mechanic, tool grinder, or machine operator
- Several years of professional experience in tool grinding desirable
- Team skills, flexibility, coordination skills, and an independent working style
- Precise working style and high quality awareness
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
